Laddroller is the product of a team of experts at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, also known as a standing wheelchair.

This device helps tens of millions of wheelchair users around the world stand up and perform many actions they want that they had never dreamed of before.

Laddroller can lift a person up by using the movements of its wheels. When the two sets of wheels move close together, the whole shape of the wheelchair changes and the user stands up immediately.

Returning to a seated position is simply a matter of gravity. Laddroller is a selective four-wheel-drive device and, thanks to its large front wheels, it can overcome obstacles just as a person does when walking, taking large steps.

Laddroller has a modular design, making it easy to move around independently, and it can also be operated by hand if the battery is low.
