Digital transformation is creating many opportunities but also poses challenges, especially for women with disabilities and ethnic minority communities. To ensure this process is truly fair and inclusive, their participation in policymaking is a prerequisite, not only to protect their rights but also to help policies reflect reality more closely.
This study analyses the participation of the two groups, identifies the barriers they face and proposes solutions to promote inclusion in digital transformation. Through practical data, the report provides a multidimensional view of the impact of digital transformation and points towards policies that leave no one behind.
We hope the findings of this study will help create a fair digital environment where everyone has the opportunity to access, contribute to and benefit from development, leaving no one behind.
