Izzy Weall, 14, from England, is becoming famous on YouTube for her make-up tutorial and beauty tip videos. What is special about this girl is that she has lost both her arms and her legs. According to The Sun, she has brought a new source of inspiration to the community of people with disabilities, with the message “disabled but not incapable”.

At the age of 7, Izzy contracted meningitis. Doctors warned her that she might not survive because she had a heart attack and many parts of her body were paralysed. To keep her alive, doctors had to amputate all four of her limbs.

Izzy’s mother – Mrs Cartherine – 43, shared: “We are very proud of our little girl. She has never seen herself as a disabled person. A few years ago, Izzy became interested in make-up and started practising. Some people worried about whether she could do it. But she was determined to follow her passion. Then one day, Izzy’s grandmother said, why doesn’t she film herself and post it on social media? And Izzy started doing that”.

Last month, Izzy posted her first videos on YouTube. Surprisingly, people reacted very positively to these clips. Since then, Izzy’s YouTube channel has attracted nearly 8,000 followers.

Izzy said: “I want to inspire all other people with disabilities around the world, so that they can be more confident in themselves. I never imagined that one day I would be able to use false eyelashes, eyeliner, or even do a full face of make-up”.

Thanks to Izzy’s inspiring videos, many people have thanked her for the motivation she conveys. Among them is a model who lost both legs to a serious illness, overcame the pain and returned to the catwalk.
