The Disability Research and Capacity Development Center (DRD) has just announced a short film competition about people with disabilities, entitled “Breaking down barriers”, open to everyone in Ho Chi Minh City.
Each work, no longer than 5 minutes, must clearly show the difficulties people with disabilities face when taking part in social activities such as transport, study, work and recreation… to help the community better understand the difficulties people with disabilities face in accessing public works, transport…
The organisers will accept films from now until 5 October 2014. Prizes will be announced and awarded on 22 November 2014.
