Iris recognition technology is developing fast. Following this trend, the Irisbond technology company in Spain has integrated eye-movement recognition technology into mobile devices. This technology was created to support people who are completely paralysed so they can communicate with the outside world.

Users learn to control the mouse pointer on the screen after just a few minutes of practice. By moving their eyes or blinking, computer users can perform operations on the machine, compose text, read books, listen to music and watch films.

With a computer combined with Irisbond technology, patients and people with disabilities can easily express their personal preferences and needs, develop their communication skills and interact with people around them.
